Superhero Training

Become a superhero today!

Are you ready to step up that training? Wanna kick it up a notch?! This work out is for you! It starts out working on skills needed to fly high in the sky! Followed by Superhero stability training with stability ball squats and finishes with delayed ring swings for those moments when you have to grab someone by the hand and pull them to safety!

4 rounds of...
5 - Skin the Cat 2 Planche Kicks
5 - Stability Ball Squats
5 - Delayed Ring Swings

BUT WAIT!!!!

What makes a Superhero? Is it only their super powers, or the fact they have an insane ability to conquer their fears, no,  Super Villains have all those too.

It is virtue that truly makes a superhero.

Superheroes are selfless, courageous, they fight to save lives. They sacrifice their lives daily in training and in fighting for the good of mankind. Even when they have to go against the grain sometimes. Sometimes they are even hated for it. They live lives of integrity. It's like what Colossus says to Deadpool,

"Four or five moments, that’s all it takes. To be a hero. Everyone thinks it’s a full-time job. Wake up a hero. Brush your teeth a hero. Go to work a hero. Not true. Over a lifetime, there are only 4 or 5 moments that really matter. Moments when you’re offered a choice. To make a sacrifice, conquer a flaw, save a friend… spare an enemy. In these moments, everything else falls away."

Are we making decisions in life that will for the habits necessary to chose right over wrong during these brief moments in life. We don't know when they will happen. Even if the will. But in the event that we are faced with one are we preparing our character to look back proud and confident of the life we lived? Or will we look back and think, "man I was a little sissy."

My challenge is to live life in a way that we are proud of. Watch the movie of your life and say "That was me."

Lets start our training today.

Live well, Eric

  1. Love the video! One thing that would help me master these skills would be a more detailed explanation of how your using your breath to move and which muscles you are engaging to perform these advanced skills. Basically since you have mastered these skills...how did you do it? Step by step what are the "tricks."
